Japanese Food Mod 1.16.1/1.15.2 (New Edibles, Japanese Culture)

 Japanese Food Mod 1.15.2 adds into the game a whole new food culture. Much different variety of fishes, clams were also added to expand the immersion of the Japanese culture further. There are also many high-tech cookers such as the compressor for players to “craft” their most elegant dish. Everything must be crafted from step to step; even a simple bowl will have to be made from clay and wood. After that, you’ll have to catch a new variety of fishes, which can easily be found in lakes. Growing vegetables will also be a difficult task, as well. Channel your inner farmer before installing the mod, as you’ll be needing it for the incoming Japanese agriculture.

How to install:

  1. Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
  2. Locate the minecraft application folder.
    • On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
    • On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
  3. Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
  4. When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
